Déan iarratas at Theastas Críochnaithe – Apply for a Completion Certificate
SCG and OCG candidates who will have completed all SCG or OCG requirements are asked to apply now for a completion certificate.
Candidates should complete the relevant form below and forward to the SCG-OCG Office at [email protected].
To facilitate your registration being updated with the Teaching Council please indicate your permission on the form for your details to be forwarded by us to the Teaching Council.
Please note that this form only applies to candidates who have passed all of the required examinations and assessments and who will have completed the Gaeltacht requirements (and who have completed the 120 Adaptation period for OCG candidates).

Chun do chlárúchán a nuashonrú leis an gComhairle Mhúinteoireachta, cuir in iúl do chead ar an bhfoirm chun do chuid sonraí a chur ar aghaidh chuig an gComhairle Mhúinteoireachta.
Ní bhaineann an t-iarratas seo ach amháin le hiarrthóirí a bhfuil na scrúduithe agus na measúnuithe riachtanacha go léir bainte amach acu (agus an 120 lá de Threimhse Oiriúnaithe críochnaithe acu i gcás iarrthóirí OCG).
